07/05/2009 - Hampton Lodge Planning Approval Received

Approval has been granted by South Bucks District Council (SBDC) for the redevelopment of Hampton Lodge in South Park Drive, Gerrards Cross.  The scheme, which consists of 4 new dwellings and the extension and conversion of the existing house into 6 apartments, has received praise for its imaginative design.  Farmglade were keen to retain the character of Hampton Lodge and worked closely with the Planning and Conservation Officers of SBDC to achieve a development that combined the best of the existing property with an exciting, contemporary design, sympathetic to the newly designated conservation area.
